Wade began a career in oil and gas construction long before he finished high school. Following in the footsteps of his father, most time working right alongside him, as a welder. Wade‘s passion and work ethic in the trades lead him through many facets of the business. From apprentice to consultant and every stage in between. The many years dedicated to our industry have left Wade with experience and credentials unmatched in the field.
Brandin stands humbly in the oil and gas field as a true craftsman that leads his team by his actions. Over the past 2 decades Brandin has not only revolutionized how facility construction is done, but he has also mentored countless young tradesman in the process. His technical abilities are unrivaled in the industry and with his forward thinking he will always be striving to find and better ways to achieve successful projects.
Jacob has been an exceptional and integral part of taking B&W into the future. Jacob became a 4th Class Power Engineer right out of high school which led him further into the piping trades. He then pursued the Steamfitter and Pipefitter trade following that. His self motivation and strive for excellence on a daily basis took him into CAD pipe design and field data collection/3D scanning. Jacob continues to push the limits and boundaries of traditional workflows with no obstacle high enough or challenging to get in his way.
